God’s grace is something I have been trying to understand for a long time and still will never understand but I wanted to write about it anyhow.
Things happen in my life and I know I haven’t worked for it or deserve it but these things happen anyway.
On the contrary, too, bad things happen but somehow I always get through it. Always.
The bible says no one is righteous not even one.
None of us deserves his grace but we all still want God’s forgiveness.
It comes down to this. Jesus shed his blood on the cross, he died for you, he died for me, even though we did not deserve it. And he rose from the grave and offers forgiveness and salvation for anyone who turns to him.
But the bible also says that we can’t ask him to forgive us whilst refusing to forgive others.
Yes, it’s hard but that’s where grace comes in.
He gives us grace and helps us to give it to others even when they don’t deserve it.
We all deserve judgment.
I had to forgive my dad for not being there for us and it wasn’t easy but it freed me.
There is not room for you and God on your heart. It is either him or you. You need to step down. If you want victory you’re going to have to first surrender.
God is a good lawyer. Trust it to him. Then we can turn our focus to the real enemy, the one that wants to distract us, deceive us, divide us from the lord and your blessing. That’s how he works.
Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy and he is trying to steal our joy. He is trying to kill our faith and he is trying to destroy our blessings but we won’t let him.
It is time to fight. It is time for us to fight for our blessings. Fight the real enemy. It is time for us to put on the armour of God.
Time to pray.
And listen to God.
God always wins!
Hope you had a blessed Sunday like I did 🙂
